if it's still in waranty don't flash it or open it but bring it back to the store. since it's the second time there's something wrong with it. just ask money back or a brand new phone. just yell at them if they don't give in. it worked for me too (bought a DS with 1 dead pixel) seriously if you start making problems in front of custommers they do what you want lol

I am having a little problem. I was going to update my friends k810i, after i did that, a red light is turned on in the IR box. The phone does not seems to get contact with my computer. Is it now i shall do a erom update? With wich program? Please help!
