w550i white screen

hi... 3 days ago i tried to flash my w550i, nthng happened cause setool didnt run [ idnt know what was the cause] so i unpluged myphone but since then i am only getting a white screen.

phone is connecting in file transfer mode [with holding C and inserting usb cable method]. but nthng is happening on my phone. i hv no clue wht to do. i downloaded xs ++ but it shows Error: Cannot open phone communication port but phone is connected and being displayed as removable disk in my computer with all my data present in there.

do help me!~!!!!! plzzzzz
