need HELP from professional

good morning.

i have k800 and i conect it with xs after alot of suffering and it give me that my phone is cid49. red. and eprom sw is R3A016. and my sw:CRH1069179R3B019 - / CXC1250215R1ED001 060831
BUT I DIDNT FLASH OR DO THING AFTER THAT MY DEVICE START TO MAKE WRONG THING LIKE WHEN I NAVIGATE CONTACTS AND I GO UP THE LIST THE PHONE RESTART AND GO SLOW.

SO PLEASE IF ANY professional CAN HELP ME, SHOULD I UPGRADE MY EPROME OR MY SW OR WHAT TO DO.
AND WHAT BENEFIT I GET WHEN I UPGRADE THEM BESIDE SOLVING MY BROPLEM.:confused:
AND WHO CAN I CONTROL MY DEVICE LIKE SNOOZE TIME ...

I HOPE TO FIND REPLAY FROM THIS SITE.

i would suggest u to download the firmware and flash it via xs++.....it works.....

but i still have problem that i cant find frimware and software for my k800
and what benifit of them.
