modding camdriver

i have numer1's camdriver, but i want to mod it a little bit, i want change video quality to 35 fps...

so, this is the problem, i know that i have to open camdriver.dat with notepad, but i don't know wich line i have to edit to change video quality...

so, can anyone help me?

i think you better may look for another driver and not edit yours
its probably a lot of work..just google it and maybe you will find something
