SETool 2 Lite does not create .mbn & .fbn files

I try to unlock my 810i with the tool 2 lite.
It creates a *.bin files but no *.mbn and fbn files in the qamaker directory as shown in the video.
What do I do wrong???

you need the MAIN firmware that match you phone firmware
quick access matching to the main
remove sim lock patch which generated with the MAIN firmware
and just let you know
you can unlock your phone easier with far manager and remove sim lock patch and its take one mintues max if you do it right..
