hi.

my navigation key on my K810i doesnt go left or down, instead it takes it as ok.

any help?

try checking the keyboard functions by going to on desktop/standby. press the following:

>*<<*<*
(right-star-left-left-star-left-star)

then click service tests>keyboard and try moving the keys around. If it works if you press down it would show an arrow pointing downwards, same goes to the left

when i go down on the keyboard test it takes it as ok (blue dot). so its not working. i just sent it for repair 2 weeks ago and got its this week so i dont really want to send it back as it doesnt get fixed properly :S

the joystick could be damaged ... or maibe a software problem
Try cleaning the joystick by removing the buttons near joystick or flash it ... if its in waranty you know what you have to do.

just push the joystick to the left(>) or right(<) and * button next to zero. Just press those in sequence then the menu should be displayed.

if it's still in waranty don't flash it or open it but bring it back to the store. since it's the second time there's something wrong with it. just ask money back or a brand new phone. just yell at them if they don't give in. it worked for me too (bought a DS with 1 dead pixel) seriously if you start making problems in front of custommers they do what you want lol

I am having a little problem. I was going to update my friends k810i, after i did that, a red light is turned on in the IR box. The phone does not seems to get contact with my computer. Is it now i shall do a erom update? With wich program? Please help!

I have the program and the cable, drivers is installed since before. But the phone and computer can´t connect to eachother. I have used kulankendi before on a k800 and k850, k850 works really great with cda change and stuff, but this little fellow (k810) just died.

Is it possible to download drivers for the phone or how shall i make it connect to my pc?
