Can not unlock k770i

Hi

I tried to unlock my phone at the weekend.
I saw that d-unlocker does not work at weekends, so I stopped it and tried it today

And it did not work. I tried it 2 times.

It seems that I have no credits? At the first time I saw 1 Credit.

Where can I get support for this problem?
