    Lightbulb Patches on CID53...

    Hi there!
I have a k800i CID53 upgraded to k810i. I understood that quick access patches are not supported on CID53.

but what about patching the MAIN filesystem image with those BEFORE writing the entire flash instad of applying them after?

    is it possible?

patches are patches... even if applied before or after...

    or not?

    thx anyone

it will not work, because in header are some checksums that need will not verify the modified main. it's not possible to remade the checksums after u patched the main

    Just NO.
to patch in the PC before flashing you need to take out the BABE, and for flashing it you'll need it...
So it's not possible if you don't have a SE Tool BOX, if you have it, you know where to go ;)
    Regards :D
