How to choose the right customize file for W380i

Hello,

I am new to changing firmware.
I have found the FS and Main firmware. But i am not sure on the customizing file.

Bought my phone in Italy and want to have the dutch menu and language and get rid of the brand.

I have selected :
W380_R10CA001_FS_EUROPE_3_RED53
W380_R10CA001_MAIN_GENERIC_LE_RED53

Now I need the right Cust. file.

Can anyone help me
