I was guessing hardware problem but since you replaced LCD I guess not. But since you flashed a newer firmwire it shouldn't be the display drivers since you flashed a newer firmwire on which contains newer drivers.

I'm not sure what to suggest, try asking the place you bought the phone from what can you get it fixed, or if still on warrenty ask Sony.
