    Well thanks for that I need to wait till tomorow as I'v reacked my limit for today, I'll try the flash with them.

    Just thinking-if the files I'm using are correct for the flash then why to I still get the configeration error when I turn it on after flash. have I now got a brick?

    No - configuration error come when you don't finalize flashing with custpack
