I have the exact same problem,I have a w580 and when I try to turn it on the red light at the site would just blink,I tried charging it but the red light would just come on an there would be no indication of charging.When I connect it to the pc and hold c the pc does not detect it so programs like seus an se tool does not find it.I have not tried connecting it to jd flasher an phone xs++ as yet.I have seen that the other member connected his phone using 2+5 could someone explain to me how to do that,and help me with my problem.

well my phone does not boot with C and so Far+Jdflasher cant detect it.
I tried with connecting with 2+5 and I get an error message :(

just connect your phone using 2+5 instead of C (that is the recovery boot mode, used to update erom for your phone)

I tried booting it with 2+5 and the pc finally detected it,this is what I got
