w850 fail to recover!! help plss

dear all, i'd like to seek for those who has experience or skills to pls help me fix the problem.

Problem:
- i tried to update service via notebook
- i connect usb cable via usb hub
- when it tried to upload update data to my phone suddenly got the message 'Communication lost....'
- after that i was unable to turn-on my phone again!!
- i search and found out how to recover and follow the step, it didn't work
- now my phone not even recognize usb when i tried to connect to fix problem
- however, i notice that at the power button when i press it (without any cable connect) it has red LED lighting up for awhile, juz wonder can i still had chance to recover my phone?

like mention, if anyone know how to fix this problem pls advise. or should i let sony support center to fix it. thank you in advance and appreciated for all advise.

To be honest if you do not know what your dpoing and your phone is still under warranty send it back.

If you want to try and fix it yourelf then it sounds like you've got a damaged erom.
