W810 wont connect?

Ok so I've got Phone XS Beta pack. I ran it on my computer. Took my MemStick out and my Sim card(that was hard). So now i pressed "C" then conected to computer (while phone XS says i have 30 seconds to do so) i put the USB in within the 30 seconds. Then after 2-3min it says "Unable to Connect". What now?

I cant download that yet i'm kind of still restricted from downloads. Still a newbie. Is there another place i cant download?
