Firmware needed

Can someone help me compile a complete list of all the files I should get that will let me do everything ever needed to fix or change my phone please. I know what firmware files I need. I am wondering about unlocking files, debranding, updates, etc. I see there are many catgories to choose from. Someone donated the money to my paypal account to buy files and I want to make sure I get all I need. Will someone please help? Thank you!

first: u didnt say what phone u have ...
second: u need FAR manager, XS++, Setool, usb Flash drivers, go and read Flash & unlocking section, and Tutorials & guides section

I am trying my best here. The phone didn't work at all the other day. I used old firmware I found on the internet and got it working except for the 2-5-6-7-9 keys and letters. The key sounds work on the other numbers but not these. they seem dead. There has been no damage to the phone. I am hoping that the right firmware will fix this. And /or a patch maybe. Someone donated the money for me to get the files I need. I just want to make sure I get all the right ones for whatever I may need to do to the phone. It is a W600I. The firmware I need I think is,
W600_R7CA017_MAIN_GENERIC_EE_RED49 or,
W600_R7CA017_MAIN_ROGERS-CINGULAR-LAM_1_RED49

I used an america 2 and a nam 2 for flashing to get it working. And a custon pack someone else gave me to finalize things.

First you have 2 main files , but you must have main file , filesystem and custom file.

This 4 are main files:

Do you think the key pad problem could be the older firmware? Or if it is a hardware problem is it something that can be fixed. Like maybe a loose cable or something like that? And thank you for your help!

I took the phone apart and everything seems to be fine. Not much that can go wrong. So It's off to get the firmware. One last time. Are there any other files I might need that could be helpful as long as I'm paying to get them? Patches anything at all? Thanks!
