Security Code help!!!

Hi,

im new to the forum.. can someone please help me.. i changed the security code on my k850i but now i cant remember it, i cant use any sim in the handset as it keeps asking me for it. could you please advise me how to get rid of this by flashing or by entering a master rest code????

try do an identify with setool, setool not support that model but maybe can make an identify

You can't do anything with this free tools on that platform DB3150 (go to nearby service and ask him for help)

The code isn't your phone code, its a sim lock code. If you enter it wrong to many times you will lock the sim up and then you will be asked for a PUK code. You have to ring your supplier for this. Maybe you will be able to ask them but i fear that if you cant remember it then your stuffed until xs++ is able to use db3150 handsets.

HOWEVER once you have your PUK code it never changes so no matter how many times you lock your phone up you can unlock it with same PUK code.

You have a minimum of 4 numbers with countless combinations so get thinking!!!!!

If what you want is the user code, you can reset it to 0000 with setool box.
If you locked your SIM, and you do not have the PUK number, you must talk to your network provider.
