My phone is dead

hi i have a w890i and it got stuck and i couldn't do any thing and now i thouth the battery was on 20 % i thouth i should just led the mobile be i would fix it self and not i is switch of i thin battery is at 0% now and it and i cant swtich it on
i tried to charge the mobile and now when i pluig it in i see a amber light
near the cam buttom but i cant switch it on.
a amber light is on it is locted ner the cam buttom

u can see a little thing under the cam buttom right that is now turned on and is and the light' s colour is amber

Sounds like a corrupt erom.

no i havent but now i let it be pluged in for some min while i was writing in this forum and now the light has switched off and i tried to turn the phone on and it worked
but this has never happend before what does that light tell us, and my phone was stuck when i was deleting pictures. i meen with stuck that it had stoped responding .
like pc's does sometimes.

should i still flash it
i have never flashed my w890i

If the phone is fine, then you won't need to flash the phone until it has the problem.

Just learn the procedures to flash in case this happens again.

Also, make sure your battery is at least 70% before flashing.

Must use Setool.

1. Reinsert battery and do NOT turn on phone!
2. Start Setool and click Identify
3. Hold 2 and 5 together and in the meantime put the USB cable.
When hear that sound (though that connects USB flash memory) disconnect USB cable, reinsert battery and do NOT turn on phone!
4. Start XS++ v3.1 and click Connect.
5. Hold "C" button in the meantime put the USB cable.
6. Flash only Main ( W890_R1EA033_MAIN_GENERIC_AK_RED52), then again disconnect USB cable, reinsert battery and now can turn on phone - work fine as before.

Maybe have mistake, but W890 is db3150 and XS++ or Setool cann't flash this platform.

can someone delete this tropic please because my phone is working fine
i think that light was lit because it must have doen some kind of reset because phone was stuck and then battery was weak so it shut down.
