what firmware should I use -- urgent need your help, please

I was using Setool2lt to get the info above now using XS++ and log make sense now. Here is new log:

What's different between different contry/distrct or generic?
I can't download the file from TopSony. It said I will need to pay. but this is my status:

No,use files what @jasmin says to use
third file is custpack and you need that file to finalize flashing
