Help!!! W580 Screen Distorts

I have a W580
I was using it when suddenly the screen got distorted
And the lighteffects changed colour
When I sort of like press and twist the screen it goes normal
And when I press just on top of the joystick the lighteffects go normal too

What could be the problem and how can I solve it?

Do u master reset it?
