How to change firmware with FAR+JDFLASHER

Hello everebody,

I want to change my firmware. I have the next files:
- S500_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_LY_RED53.mbn
- S500_R8BE001_FS_EUROPE_3_RED53.fbn
- S500_HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_12_R8A_GENERIC_EUROPE_3

The last file is the custom file that worked with this tuturial Flash K800 CID53 with K810 software CID53 (for begginers) - Top Sony Forums

But where must i upload the other files or how to install?
