    Debranding K810 problems

    hi guys i tried to debrand a K810 (currently has nasty T-Mobile interface)

    So i downloaded 2 files, after looking through some other posts

    a) K810_R8BA024_FS_S_E_EUROPE_RED52.fbn
    b) K810_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_SM_RED52.mbn

    I used XS++ to flash Main Firmware and File System. According to XS++ the whole operation was successful so i disconnected the phone and inserted a SIM card in it. It powered on which was good news but when i got to the PIN screen no stars were appearing as i was typing a valid PIN code in and when i typed it in and pressed ok, i got an error message saying
    "Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service centre.

    Have i done something wrong here or am i missing something out...below is a log of the phone AFTER it has been flashed with the above mentioned flashes

    16:05:38| EROM: R3A022
    16:05:38| Ready for operation!

    what can i do to correct what has happened? Thanks in advance

    You must finalize your phone ( apply custom file ).

    Look at example:

    Finalization = Completing flashing operations and storing basic settings that phone needs to properly operate [i.e. security certificates, (and this is why phone displays "configuration error" if it is not properly done)].

    Firmware has two parts:
    1. FS: It contains languages, images, sounds, animations, settings, etc. Anything that isn't pure software.
    2. Main: It contains the software.

    Note: MAIN and FS HAVE to be the same software version
    MAIN R1BC002
    FS R1BC002
    Customization has to be same region as FS, in this case
    FS = EU5 (EUROPE_5)
    Customization =CDA102338/50 ( EUROPE_5 Sunrise Switzerland)
    Nice day

    Unfortunately I got the same problem. I am completely new to this, tried flashing my phone today from firmware version R8BE001 CID 52 to firmware version R8BA024 CID 52.
    XS++ said operation was completed successfully but when I inserted a simcard I got the same error as above. "Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service centre."

    Just like @jasmin said after flashing you need to finalize your phone with CUSTPACK ,just go to download area ,find custompacks ,your phone model and custpack.

    Use these flash files:

    1. K810_R8BA024_FS_EUROPE_5_RED52
    2. HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_14_R6A_GENERIC_EUROPE_5
    3. K810_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_SM_RED52

    On step 2 make this:

    Click Extract Here on HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_14_R6A_GENERIC_EUROPE_5

    Then move folder TPA in folder own_custpack ( if you haven't create New Folder with this name ).

    Then must move XS++ and folder own_custpack in New Folder and make this:
