W580 Walkman Doesn't Show Chinese But File Manager Does

I've flashed my phone numerous times using the R6 firmware. Before I flashed it, everything was fine. I decided to give the Elfpack a try earlier this morning. However, I gave up on that idea so now I'm trying to flash it back to R6.

I'm using:

W580_R6BC002_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52.mbn
W580_R6BC002_FS_HONG_KONG_RED52.fbn
HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_104_R10A_GENERIC_HONG_KONG

I've used this combination before and everything was fine. However, now my phone can show Chinese, but Walkman shows half Chinese. Some Chinese characters appear while others don't.The FileManager shows all of the Chinese characters though so this is a Walkman problem.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Well at the moment, I'm reflashing my phone again with the same firmware and custpack files. However, this time I removed some files from my files_to_upload folder. Maybe some files in there were causing the problem.

Hmm something odd just happened. I used the HK main just now and Chinese was fine. However, I flashed the main back to GENERIC and Chinese wouldn't show up properly again in Walkman. However, the exact same firmware combination worked before! I'm going to download a new GENERIC main and see what happens.

Anyone got any help for me?

I'm using :HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_104_R10A_GENERIC_HONG_KONG custpack at the moment. It should be fine shouldn't it?

Here are the firmware files that I used.

W580_R6BC002_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52.mbn or W580_R6BC002_MAIN_HONG_KONG_LA_RED52.mbn
W580_R6BC002_FS_HONG_KONG_RED52.fbn

It's still not working. I've re-flashed numerous of times using:

W580_R6BC002_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52.mbn OR W580_R6BC002_MAIN_HONG_KONG_LA_RED52.mbn

plus

W580_R6BC002_FS_HONG_KONG_RED52.fbn and HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_104_R8A_GENERIC_HONG_KONG.

The file properties are in traditional Chinese, and WMP can show the song information perfectly. Japanese characters works as well, but it's the Chinese characters that won't work properly. Some work and some don't.

In short, Hong Kong can show ALL Chinese characters while Generic shows little to no Chinese Characters.
