Setool common errors READ BEFORE POST....

You might think I'm i newbie and don't know anything about SE :o, but lucky for me it's not like that....
So I wanted to translate my post from Spanish forum, and bring it to you and give some help to the website.

1. First of all you have to know what is a LOG:

2. Check that you have:

- Installed USB FLash Drivers
- Battery well charged
- Cable makin good contact
- A clean Fast Port
- Try instead of C key with Recovery mode (2 + 5)

3. Setool2lite only supports phones:

DB2010/DB2012 CID49/50/51/52,
DB2020 CID49/51/52

For CID53, pnx5230, and Brown phones you have to use FAR Manager ;)

You're trying to use setool for CID 53 phones, and it won't come out pretty well, you can only use FAR and Jdf.....

Frequently it's caused because your battery "died" during the flash, try with another well charged battery, if it doesn's work, post your LOG and your problem.. :D

Your phone is probably "dead" it's causeb because you dont have REST file in the rest path.....create it with the ssw2rest.exe and try again you may have to Flash MAIN........

Your trying with a BROWN phone and setool doesn't support it, you have to use FAR Manager to pass it to red or flash it with BROWN files, but only with Far Manager ;)

This only happens with CID52 FS...
yoy have to:

- get a CID53 FS of the same FW version
- Apply quick acces patch to your MAIN
- Marck use "quick access" patch
- Put CID53 FS in ADD
- Click on FLASH!

Phone will complettly flash your FS and still will be CID52 so you can Patch and use setool :D

YOur trying to patch with out quick access patch...
First you have to apply quick acces patch to your MAIN
Then using quick access patch you can patch wahtever you want ;)
