K750i Camera Problem

I have some problems with my k750i Camera.
when I was trying to use its Camera, its program will close immediately. why its happened?? and how to fix its problem?

you're almost right, but my phone can't records video or anything with its Camera,, n that's the difference, isn't?
when I had opened its cover, the program will close immediately. I don't know why its happened..
please feel free to give me the solution :)

it seems that your phone has hardware problem and not software,propably felt down or water damage.

you must have technical knowledge about that,if you don't then send your phone is a service center.

sending your phone to a service center will result in paying. damage caused by water or drops are not covered by warranty

:pyour camera migt have loose connection of wire due to fall, if u reinsert at the joint u may solve, but u have to be techie.

first master reset may solve that.
