do i need a firmware upgrade for my k800i?

i am having problem, my 'menu' and 'calls' key have problem..
sometimes its automatically pressed and sometimes its never pressed...
specially when i want to make call, this 'menu' button becomes 'end' button and automatic pressing results in ending of call.

i am serious problem these days, does upgrading firmware would solve the problem, also joystick is problem as well..

All files are in download section, but first you need access to download section.

Yes, you need custom file.

Finalization = Completing flashing operations and storing basic settings that phone needs to properly operate [i.e. security certificates, (and this is why phone displays "configuration error" if it is not properly done)].

Firmware has two parts:
1. FS: It contains languages, images, sounds, animations, settings, etc. Anything that isn't pure software.
2. Main: It contains the software.

Note: MAIN and FS HAVE to be the same software version

does that means, if i download R8BF003 firmware from download section...
it would come with same FS and Main files??

and still need custume pack? and which custume package?

my phone was not branded with any operator, it was bought from greece...

but maybe its dirt your phone.. did you tried cleaning it?
if you want to upgrade you need the FS and the MAIN for the same version.. in this case R8BF003.. and the CDA, custom file, yo can choose a generic ..

dirt? where in k800i dirt can cause mis shuffle of buttons, with time its getting worst...
whenever i try to make call, it ends automatically,
now keys 1 2 8 are automatically being pressed...

its annoying, i think this problem is coming after i update camera driver to wotman with xs++
maybe something went wrong during that? could this be a reason?

maybe.. but if is full of dust it ocacionate a shorting.. and cause that problems..
to discard this clean the phone..
