The error because I originally had a CID 36 Brown in my phone and I am trying to make it work with a 49 Brown? So I hace to find a CID 36 Brown???

try Farmanager with brown support plugin

yes xs can not support cid 36 brown
you can acsses to fs with far manager
main is not availeble
or you can change your phone color and cid to 49 red with box or service cable

can a red phone be changed to some other color?

if a phone is red, is this color defined by main, fs, custpack or the hardware only?
