problem with copy custom after flashing K800

im from israel..
i have k800 cid53
today i falsh it and put custom of orange operator
and the semc screen turn on and off are not being copy
and the screesaver and the theme either
so i think that happend because there are different CDA in my phone and if its true what can i do about that?

when you say region you mean to CDA?
because i put the custom of orange of israel..but i have CID53 so i think because of it i have different CDA ..
how i convert GIF pictures to SEMC flash startup and shutdown animation?
and how i convert the sound of the turning on and off to semc sound?

Hi! I think custom pack should be as same as the version of fs and main... but i havent try it yet to flash different files...
