    Ill W800 and Connections problems

Hi everyone! I need help please. I am having problems with my W800, when I ty to connect it to the pc without the Memory MS DUO, it shows me a pen drive with nothing. It doesn`t recognize it is a phone. I am trying to update the firmware because I have another big problem that appeared after I did a master reset, and right now I cant use the phone, It shows me the Start-up menu where I have to choose if I want to "Start phone" or "Music only" but I cant enter the phone neither the music only  (I can access the walkman by the shortcut with the logo). Please any suggestions??

Have you installed USB flash drivers?

It also sounds like you phone has corrupted. Your going to have to reflash with main,fs and custom pack.

Hey lavondis thanks for the help, I am now trying to fix the problem, I got the R1BC002_FS_EU1, I wonder if the name means it is for use it in Europe? So if I put it in my phone being in South America my phone will only work with signal if I go to Europe?

You can use it anywhere in the world. The only difference between FS firmwares is that they contain different languages.
