w850i unlocking help please

i got a w850i and its locked onto uk vodafone and branded vodafone...

i have connected it to xs++ 3.2


Why does it pop up asking do you want to upgrade to CID52 ?? - what are the advantages of CID52 over the original CID49 ??

Also (senter) can you tell me which 3 files i need to debrand this phone
