How can I see Vietnamese unicode Web page

Hi all,

Would you kindly show a newbie what need to be done to Sony Ericson W580i to see Vietnamese website.
Right now it can display ASCII and Vietnamese unicodes are shown as empty squares.
I surf around but mostly saw articles about downloading MAIN2RAW and SEFSTOOL4 to flash chinese firmware, non specifcally for Vietnamese.

I am not sure about the correct procedure and file name, but I just pick

W580_R6BC002_FS_APAC_RED52.fbn
and extract
..\w580.raw\TPA\PRESET\SYSTEM\LANGUAGE\VI.LNG

I installed setool2lt to get log ID and stuck from there

I don't know whether I did OK so far? If so, How to upload the VI.LNG to the phone?
Can someone show me please?
