well ur camera resolution will be the same no matter what java app u use, i suggest that you try modded cam drivers for better quality pics

selct memory card instead of phone memory to record or capture, a video file need lot of space, and you have the option of select high quality in the option, so get high quality of record and also uyou can continiously record for more time in this option, hope this helps you.

my k77 has only max resolution QCIF in recording video, its video quality is too bad . I see cam supports resolution from VGA - 2MP - 3MP and i'm thinking about an app can use these resolution of cam for video recording !
