My K800 Keyboard problem

i have k800 and when i press 3 i have power off and profiles menu (the same like power off button ) 1,4,6,0 play button, joy left and up no responding have somebody now what to do.

What firmware i must get to do k800 >k810 i have now

In stand by mode unlock keyboard and click:

Service test > Keyboard

try to reflash your phone and see if the problem still remains.

i re flash phone and still nothing keyboard test not work because left and up joy not work. i flash k810 soft and k800i and not work what i must do to fix this problem.i have k810 for 170$ take it or not.

it is a keyboard problem...You'd better buy one from ebay,they are very cheap...

It is certainly hardware problem...You shoulf flash it,however,first...

I'd perform:
1 - A master reset
2 - A Full Flash
3 - Buy a new keyboard
4 - Junk the phone and buy another one

This problem, if not software related, is often difficult to override.
