You can use FAR Manager + SEFP or JDFlasher. Upload them to TPA\PRESET\SYSTEM\lighteffect\systemeffects
You can also use XS++ with FSX

but tpa in files_to_upload or own_cutspack.?
I try with own_cutpack but light not light.
