Obviously you'd already know that most of patches are for EMEA firmwares, you can probably find a number of patches that are ported to APAC firmwares but you'll either have to search them out through google, or have some good knowledge in debugging firmware binaries and porting existing EMEA patches to APAC.

The other alternative is to get in touch with those patch makers and ask them to help you design a specific patch for your firmware.
