If your CID is less than CID53, then you can unlock it for free: check the Remove SIM-lock patch generator thread(link in my signature), read the first post of that thread. There is a DB2020 CID52 patching tutorial too.

Too.. Some my friends told me... if update my phone with Sony_Update_service maybe change CID to 52... alright??

You can`t downgrade cid number of a phone. If you have cid 53 , then it will be always cid 53 or higher.
