w810i XS++ 3.1 flashing woes

Hi everyone,
I have a W810i which went into a spin after I foolishly took out the memory stick while the phone was still on. After this, the white screen effect began.

I have done the following so far, after hundreds of tries (literally!):

1. Backed up GDFS
2. Flashed Main with W810_R4EA031_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49 and FS with W810_R4EA031_FS_EUROPE_2_RED49 successfully. (Thanks to mohdumer!).

I have then tried to Customize the phone back to S_Asia_Levan many times, but failed. Next, I tried to Customize to Eurpoe_2 specs, in an effort to match the FS file in #2 above.

The flash starts successfully about one time in 75, but is getting stuck at the "Activating filesystem" point. Here's the log:

Please help me get past this roadblock! I have tried customizing via the FSX route but have been unsuccessful in getting XS++ past the first couple of steps there.

Here's some additional information that may help arrive at a solution to my problem:

I've successfully flashed the Main & FS files with 810_R4EA031_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49 & W810_R4EA031_FS_EUROPE_2_RED4.

I've been trying unsuccessfully to customize the phone all afternoon, but no luck on that count.

The thing though is, I've flashed Main & FS. How in the world then is the phone still being detected as a S-Asia_Levan region with a Firmware Version: R4ED001? I have finished flashing with R4EA031 versions!

Try to flash it with SeTool2Lite.

BTW: Don't create consecutive posts. Use the "Edit" option. :)

I just re-flashed the phone using XS++ 3.1 Darwin and the R4KE0001 Main/FS files. Here's the log:

First flash File System
Then make customize on File System with W810_CDA102555_110_R2A_Generic_S_ASIA_LEVAN
And finaly flash Main.
