W810 mess up

ok i have w810 and one day without even touching the phone it started flashing a white screen , so i toke it to some sort of shop where they tried to fix phones and they havent much done anything. So i decide to fix it myself.
here what comes out when I connect the phone , Xs++ 3.1 (using Vista ultimate x64)

I thought that those weird sings were a problem with vista , so i tried on XP computer , same thing comes out, after not able to find answer i said F$%& it lets flash it and it didnt work and here is XS++ shows:

May want to flash your EROM first.

how to I flash the EROM ??

You have a corrupted GDFS. If you have a backup of your GDFS, then install it , if not , then take it to service center.

Can i Used another W810 GDFS ??? the problem is that i lived in south america and this phone is from europe so..... is there any way that i can install gdfs from another w810??? and if its so can it be one from america???

You can't install gdfs from another w810. I live in Europe, my phone is made in Asia, so what, it works perfectly

Well dude good for you (almost every phone is made in Asia). So technically theres nothing I can do???

The best option is to take it to service center or if you have setool box 3 ( they are very expensive ) , then maybe you can fix it.
