I guess your askin how to put on flash themes onto w300.
You need the flash them SWF + THM files
Use XS++
XS++ 3.1 Guide-Flashing, Customizing, Recovering - Top Sony Forums
to flash the SWF file onto the phone
and THM goes into the memory stick.
