Nope, used 'K800_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_WI_RED52.mbn' to flash and the remove sim lock script created from that firmware mbn and still get :

If I then go back to xs++ and flash R8BA024 to the phone, it works again but still locked to '3'...........

But you MUST NOT flash the phone after patching!!!That's why it is locked then...
