Not a error, but normal:
Originally your phone was a Z520i, in effect the imei code corresponding to a Z520ì and XS++ detect model name by IMEI.
Now you phone is a W610 because it has been converted Z520>W610 and GDFS report to be a W610 because flashed it witn a W610 firmware.

So do i need debranding files for z520i or just the ones for w610i?

If you want to keep W610 walkman style use only W610i firmware.
If you want come back to Z520i use Z520i firmware.
It's a your choice...

You've missed the "Finalization" step in XS++. It is necessary ever upload the customization file after flash an FS firmware file.
This step you can do without reflashing.
