Z710 is a DB2020 phone, so you need to upgrade the EROM CID to 52: connect the phone to XS++ v3.1, and when XS++ ask if you want to upgrade the EROM CID, press the Yes button.
Now apply the patch following any DB2020 CID52 patching guide.
