Does this program work on windows vista? can i unlock a k800 with it?

Yes, it works with Vista. But if you want to unlock your phone, you need to use SETool2 Lite or jdflasher. Check my thread(link in my signature). There is everything you need. Follow the DB2020 CID52 unlocking guide in first post of Remove SIM-lock generator thread.
