Keypad on top slide not working on w580i

I also have the problem with the keypad. My "#" button on my keypad hardly seem to be working anymore. SOmetimes it works, sometimes it's not. Sometimes i have to press the keypad really2 hard to makes it works. Any of you guys here know how to fix itt? and what is the problem with my phone?

The only way to fix this problem is to go buy the keypad membrane flex on ebay.
