I have one W580 that also only vibration when pressing the power button. The problem with this phone is because I flashed the GDFS from another phone to it. I think the GDFS is now corrupt. I heard Dream box Se can repair damage GDFS. Try restoring the original GDFS with Setool if other programs will not connect to the phone. Hold the 2+5 button when connecting with setool.
