Can you please let us know how you arrived at having a configuration error message.

Have you flashed you phone with newer firmware etc.

lol weird that this happend after a drop. normally you get message after you complete flashed it but forget to lash a custom pack

i never bricked a ( well not without making it live again lol) but i do keep all my old phones as a memory :p i have: w200 z530 k750 w810 and curently i use k800 and all my phones are in top condition =)

unfortunately my memory and time span are so short that i forget what i forgot to forget.

I have phones in the draws that i don't even know where i got them from!!

I could swear they multiply over night!

i think this is my 2 reposting of this message but here it goes

my phone is originally k310i

1st i tried to use the unlocking program in topsony so that i can unlock my phone from "sun cellular to openline" and generated a patch using this file

and i flashed my phone with this files

K310_R4EA031_FS_CENT_EUROPE_RED49

K310_R4EA031_MAIN_GENERIC_RED49

but i didnt know that there was supposed to be 3 programs needed

end senario . . . my phone went blank. .. i disconnected my battery and tried to open my phone again. . . but the problem was "configuration error. please contact service provider or service center"

i tried to identify my phone and found out that

i need to flash this program

K310_R4EA031_MAIN_CHINA_DO_RED49

i tried to find this in the internet but to my dismay i cant (or i wasnt trying hard enough) so i found this tuitorial

USERS of the K310: I have managed to turn a K310 a W200

and tried to flash this programs:

W200_R4HA014_MAIN_GENERIC_ME_RED52

i thought if i tried to flash in a complete program the unlocking path would work. . . the problem was it didnt. . . my k310i is now w200 yet every time i inset a sim and opened my phone the same message still appears "configuration error. please contact service provider or service center"

how can i fix this? im from the Philippines and my k310i was locked at "sun cellular" service provider. . . i wanted my phone to be unlocked so as i can be able to insert globe and smart simcards
