Unlocking without risking relock?

Hi.
Is there somehow you can unlock a W850i without risking that the phones gets locked again after a update? And I mean without having to pay like 35€ to the network company.

Edit: It is a CID52 phone, which uses the R1JE001 firmware.

That what we doing here is patch unlock (patching main) after reflash you becomes new main and there is no patch(patching again is no problem for cid 52) but for permanet unlock you need setoo3 box or something like that + logs for server, or to pay, that 35€ is cheap 'couse online is something abouth 50€

For "full unlocking" BD2020 CID52 you need 7 logs+Setool 3 box....
Or you cand o it by D-Client or davinciteam....
