losing reception on new w910 after unlock by codes

hi all,

i unlocked a w910i 2 weeks ago by code. which was on vodafone originally. all was ok until today when customer comes back and says he is loosing reception on o2. sometimes very low reception or it says no network coverage. all the other networks are working fine.

how can i repair.

Your problem is not caused by unlocking the phone.

The better thing is to check that the network of the company at this which being employed since it can be alone the bands at which another provedora is employed.
