I had some trouble with this patch. All of the others have worked out just fine. This one gave me a message about unicode when I first saved it with Notepad. I used SeTool to write it. The patch did not work. So I recopied it and saved it with Notepad again and did not get the unicode message. I felt better until I tried to write it with SeTool and got a message that the block had already been patched and it was skipping it. Now what?
