you can reverse the vaules and apply that patch to the phone using setool2 lite or far.
eg. say the patch looks like this:reverse it. it should look like this:+44020000
65d346: 0500000003 0E0E0E0E0Eand then apply it to the phone.+44020000
65d346: 0E0E0E0E0E 0500000003
