embedded flashloader not responds (K800I)

I'm trying to unlock my k800i. Everything goes ok, but when i will apply the patch to unlock i get the following message.

Trying to launch embedded bootloader...
Abort all operations.
embedded flashloader not responds !
Elapsed:33 secs

When i connect the phone by pressing "C", the phone starts up and goes to file transfer by usb.

I followed all steps from the unlock tutorial from simox (Remove SIM-lock patch generator - Top Sony Forums)

Who can help me??????

Flash Main with XS++ v 3.1 then unlock with Setoo2lite 1.11

Also didn't work. It finally works with jdflasher-far manager.
